New flybridge step design for a major UK boat builder

We have maufactured some flybridge steps for a major boat building company.

These steps have been laminated using an epoxy system and then placed on the CNC machine to be final cut and shaped.

Each step took approximatley 10 minutes to cut both side which is a huge saving of time and costs.

The results are, each step is prescionally accurate and look perfect!
