Moody Decking got another contract from Berthon Boat Company requesting a deck for a lovely Swan 45.
We templated the boat using our ply strips system and then transferred the detail to our CNC system. We were able to change some of the detail to the decking that the original teak deck had to suit the customers’ desires.
Berthon Boat Company has stripped the old teak from the boat and installed the new Moody Deck.
The results are a cleaner looking deck that is also thicker than the original teak and boasts the FULL depth seams
